Time flies with the wind..
When i woke up today, Fyz, Van and I were talking about weights. How much we've gained since we first came here. Mine was very very very obvious and i don't know what to do with it. I gained 15kg ever since i came to Miri. 15 kg in 3 years. OMG! That's not good man. I guess when you're too happy you tend to eat a lot and not care about the world. When it shows on yourself now you regret.
